Pre-registration

BIXPO 2015 executive office is managing an on-line pre-registration system through the website. All visitors who have pre-registered will not need to pay the entrance fee and only need a quick on-site ID check. Pre-registration is highly recommended to save time entering the event

Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure
Invited Visitors Please register at designated registration desks located on the 1st floor of the convention hall. Invited guest will need to show their invitation card and fill out the registration card in order to receive a Entrance Pass.

- Admission is free for the invitation holder.
Pre-registered Visitors Pre-registered visitors will not be required to write up a registration card. Entrance Pass will be issued after a quick identification check

- Admission is free for the pre-registered participants.
On-site registered Visitors For all other guests, there will be registration desks located on the 1st floor next to the entrance of the exhibition hall. Visitors will be required to fill a registration form and pay the entrance fee before being issued a Entrance Pass .

- 5,000 won admission fee.

※ All Visitors who do not have an invitation or did not pre-register for the event will need to pay admission fee onsite before entering.
※ Conference Online Pre-registrants are free without additional registration.
※ The person who wants to attend in conference should register additionally.
